CYP2T1P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2T1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,607 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2T1P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD1B, NAXE, and SLC31A1. Each is linked with CYP2T1P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2T1P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2T1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP2T1P versus RPRD1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2T1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2T1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
