Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYP2T1P RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CYP2T1P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CYP2T1P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYP2T1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and CESC show a favorable association.
UVM, CESC, and KIRC are the cancer types where CYP2T1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
