CYP2S1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2S1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,342 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRF8, AOAH, and CSTA. Each is linked with CYP2S1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2S1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP2S1 versus IRF8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
