CYP2R1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2R1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,867 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548H5, KRTAP10-9, and TMEM167AP1. Each is linked with CYP2R1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2R1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
