Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2A7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 659 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP2A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-45P, RNU6-1318P, and RN7SL616P. Each is linked with CYP2A7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2A7-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2A7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
