CYP2A7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP2A7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, ATM, and Fibronectin. Each is linked with CYP2A7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2A7-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
