CYP2A7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2A7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf78, OR2A5, and H3C11. Each is linked with CYP2A7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2A7-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
