CYP2A6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP2A6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP2A6-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2V1, HS3ST6, and DEFB103A. Each is linked with CYP2A6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP2A6-to-partner and partner-to-CYP2A6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2V1 grouped by CYP2A6-low versus CYP2A6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP2A6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP2A6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
