CYP27A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP27A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,872 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP27A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPL, ITGAX, and SASH3. Each is linked with CYP27A1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP27A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP27A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP27A1 versus NPL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP27A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP27A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
