Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP27A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,447 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP27A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cholesterol catabolic process, Sterol catabolic process, and Protein polyubiquitination. Each is linked with CYP27A1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP27A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP27A1 results are reported.
