CYP27A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP27A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP27A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPN, C6orf118, and DEFA4. Each is linked with CYP27A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP27A1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP27A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASPN grouped by CYP27A1-low versus CYP27A1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP27A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP27A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
