CYP1B1-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP1B1-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP1B1-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP389, RNA5SP326, and RNA5SP60. Each is linked with CYP1B1-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP1B1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP1B1-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP389 grouped by CYP1B1-AS1-low versus CYP1B1-AS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP1B1-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP1B1-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
