Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYMP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,642 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYMP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Primary alcohol metabolic process, Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Positive regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process. Each is linked with CYMP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYMP-to-partner and partner-to-CYMP results are reported.
