Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP2. Each is linked with CYMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYMP-to-partner and partner-to-CYMP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP2 grouped by CYMP-low versus CYMP-high in UCEC.
