Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYMP-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,397 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYMP-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, and Protein stabilization. Each is linked with CYMP-AS1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYMP-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CYMP-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Glycerolipid biosynthetic process grouped by CYMP-AS1-low versus CYMP-AS1-high in ESCA.
