CYMP-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYMP-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYMP-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO7, SLC25A17, and ST13. Each is linked with CYMP-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYMP-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CYMP-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXO7 grouped by CYMP-AS1-low versus CYMP-AS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYMP-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYMP-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
