CYMP-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYMP-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYMP-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and FASN. Each is linked with CYMP-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYMP-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CYMP-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by CYMP-AS1-low versus CYMP-AS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYMP-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYMP-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
