Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYLC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,303 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYLC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, tRNA metabolic process, and NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly. Each is linked with CYLC2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYLC2-to-partner and partner-to-CYLC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage grouped by CYLC2-low versus CYLC2-high in ESCA.
