Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYLC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 102 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYLC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF618, PHKA2, and DOCK5. Each is linked with CYLC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYLC2-to-partner and partner-to-CYLC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF618 grouped by CYLC2-low versus CYLC2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYLC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYLC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
