CYCSP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYCSP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,450 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYCSP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, RPRD2, and RRP15. Each is linked with CYCSP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYCSP4-to-partner and partner-to-CYCSP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP4 versus POGZ in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYCSP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYCSP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
