Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYCSP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CYCSP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CYCSP4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYCSP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LAML show a favorable association.

ACC, CHOL, and BLCA are the cancer types where CYCSP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
