CYCSP29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYCSP29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,640 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYCSP29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRRT, BUD13, and ZNF326. Each is linked with CYCSP29 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYCSP29-to-partner and partner-to-CYCSP29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP29 versus SRRT in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYCSP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYCSP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
