Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYCSP29 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CYCSP29 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher CYCSP29 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYCSP29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD show a favorable association.
THYM, ACC, and MESO are the cancer types where CYCSP29 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
