CYBRD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYBRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,884 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYBRD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSRP1, UTRN, and CAVIN1. Each is linked with CYBRD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBRD1-to-partner and partner-to-CYBRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYBRD1 versus CSRP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYBRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYBRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
