CYBRD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYBRD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,808 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYBRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, DCN, and FBLN5. Each is linked with CYBRD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBRD1-to-partner and partner-to-CYBRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYBRD1 versus C7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYBRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYBRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
