CYBRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYBRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 422 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYBRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31A6, RNA5SP499, and TRGJP. Each is linked with CYBRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBRD1-to-partner and partner-to-CYBRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31A6 grouped by CYBRD1-low versus CYBRD1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYBRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYBRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
