Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYBRD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,542 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYBRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HEG1, ZBTB47, and MRC2. Each is linked with CYBRD1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBRD1-to-partner and partner-to-CYBRD1 results are reported.
