Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYBB protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,333 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYBB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP25, ARHGAP25_S363, and ARHGAP30. Each is linked with CYBB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBB-to-partner and partner-to-CYBB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYBB versus ARHGAP25 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYBB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYBB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
