Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYBB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,147 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYBB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNHIT3, PIGW, and CENPH. Each is linked with CYBB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBB-to-partner and partner-to-CYBB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNHIT3 grouped by CYBB-low versus CYBB-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYBB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYBB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
