Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYBB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYBB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSX5, IL25, and TGM6. Each is linked with CYBB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBB-to-partner and partner-to-CYBB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSX5 grouped by CYBB-low versus CYBB-high in BREAST.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYBB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYBB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
