Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYBA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,903 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP9, RAC2, and BCL2A1. Each is linked with CYBA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBA-to-partner and partner-to-CYBA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYBA versus ARHGAP9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
