CYBA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYBA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,252 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSZ, SLC37A1, and UNC93B1. Each is linked with CYBA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBA-to-partner and partner-to-CYBA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYBA versus CTSZ in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
