Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXorf58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,129 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXorf58-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule-based transport, Transport along microtubule, and Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport. Each is linked with CXorf58 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXorf58-to-partner and partner-to-CXorf58 results are reported.
