Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXorf58 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,527 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CXorf58-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD2L, TOMM40, and RNA5SP113. Each is linked with CXorf58 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXorf58-to-partner and partner-to-CXorf58 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD2L grouped by CXorf58-low versus CXorf58-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXorf58→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXorf58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
