CXXC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXXC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,274 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXXC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF747, ZNF594, and ZNF397. Each is linked with CXXC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXXC1-to-partner and partner-to-CXXC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXXC1 versus ZNF747 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXXC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXXC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
