Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CXXC1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CXXC1 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CXXC1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CXXC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and KIRP show a favorable association.

ACC, LIHC, and KICH are the cancer types where CXXC1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
