CXXC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXXC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXXC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ERK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with CXXC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXXC1-to-partner and partner-to-CXXC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by CXXC1-low versus CXXC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXXC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXXC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
