Across TCGA cell cohorts, CXXC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,642 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXXC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centriole assembly, Regulation of DNA repair, and DNA methylation-dependent constitutive heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with CXXC1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXXC1-to-partner and partner-to-CXXC1 results are reported.
