CXCR6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,934 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02348, PINCR, and RN7SL191P. Each is linked with CXCR6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR6-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02348 grouped by CXCR6-low versus CXCR6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
