CXCR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 248 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL36P1, RN7SKP43, and MIR7-3. Each is linked with CXCR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR5-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL36P1 grouped by CXCR5-low versus CXCR5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
