Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,430 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CXCR4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPRC, FERMT3, and ANKRD44. Each is linked with CXCR4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR4-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCR4 versus PTPRC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
