Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,837 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CXCR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMC5, SH2D4A, and TM9SF2. Each is linked with CXCR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR4-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCR4 versus TMC5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
