Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CXCR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CXCR4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR4-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by CXCR4-low versus CXCR4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
