Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,078 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CXCR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AZU1, C5AR1_S327, and CAMP. Each is linked with CXCR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR2-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCR2 versus AZU1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
