Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 995 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CXCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE2E, C20orf173, and BTG3P1. Each is linked with CXCR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCR2-to-partner and partner-to-CXCR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE2E grouped by CXCR2-low versus CXCR2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
