CXCL13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,002 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD48, DOK2, and FMNL1_S1031. Each is linked with CXCL13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL13-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCL13 versus CD48 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
