Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 12,858 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CXCL13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCHH, NEB, and NALCN. Each is linked with CXCL13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL13-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCHH grouped by CXCL13-low versus CXCL13-high in COAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
