CXCL13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,173 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD38, IL2RB, and SLA2. Each is linked with CXCL13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL13-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CXCL13 versus CD38 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
