CXADR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXADR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,837 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXADR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5MC1, PKN3, and CCDC51. Each is linked with CXADR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXADR-to-partner and partner-to-CXADR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5MC1 grouped by CXADR-low versus CXADR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXADR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXADR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
