CWC25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWC25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 604 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC25-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-158P, KRTAP1-3, and RNU6-1274P. Each is linked with CWC25 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC25-to-partner and partner-to-CWC25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-158P grouped by CWC25-low versus CWC25-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC25→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
